Work has been very stressful over the past couple of weeks and at times I have felt as though my head was ready to explode! For those who may not know, Im acting General Manager for a couple of months, so am carrying the additional level of responsibility on top of some of my previous tasks. To make matters more complicated and frustrating, one of the women I manage decided to put in a stress claim under workers compensation claiming bullying by peers (which I am challenging cause I believe she is just unwilling to accept the negative feedback I had to give her about her work). Damn.... sometimes I just dream of giving it all away to live a life as an artist.... or travel writer.... or photographer.... or toilet cleaner.... lol
